Virtual Registration
Virtual attendance is available to delegates from the Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, and North West provinces, as well as to international delegates.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to bronwyn@londocor.co.za.
- Cancellations received by 4 December 2025, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received from 5 December 2025 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress, subject to approval by the Organising Committee, which reserves the right to decline refund requests.
